I ask for appointments to be cancelled no less than 48 hours in advance so that I may have time to notify waiting clients and fill that time slot. If an appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the appointment, I reserve the right to charge 50% for the missed appointment. Non-notifications and same day appointment cancellations will be required to pay 100% of scheduled services.
